Sheet metal processing, bending and cutting on CNC benches
A numerically controlled bench provides accuracy of ± 0.1 mm.
The largest standard sheet suitable for processing is 1250 x 2500 mm, material thickness up to 6 mm.
We can cut aluminum (including a ribbed plate, but not a stainless steel ribbed plate), steel and stainless steel. It is also possible to cut “more doughy” plastic materials
(if the plastic is too brittle, the cut will be coarse and with broken edges).
A numerically controlled bench provides accuracy of ± 0.5 mm.
The maximum width we can cut is 3000 mm; the material thickness is up to 5 mm.
For bending, the maximum bending length is 3000 mm; the minimum bending arm length is 10 mm in the 1 mm material, the minimum length of the shoulder is 7 mm in material up to 2 mm, the bending angle is 0 to 180 degrees.
In the water cutting, we can cut softer materials – rubber, plastic, paronite, wool, foam and harder materials – steel, metal, titanium, aluminum, etc.
For cutting of softer materials, the maximum thickness of the material is 180mm.
In the case of harder materials, the maximum material thickness is up to 100mm.
The work surface of the smaller water cutting bench is 3100 x 4200mm, on the larger water cutting bench is 3200 x 6700mm. Maximum water jet pressure is 3800bar.
Electrolytic zinc plating and black oxidation
Black oxidation differs from other coatings mainly due to its coating (thin layer, the thickness of the part itself does not change). However, oxidation gives a good corrosion protection layer. The result is a smooth, matt, black surface.
Bath size 1000x400x400mm. Not suitable for long-term outdoor use.
